This is a fixed term contract (Temporary role 6 months).

We are NOT offering any relocation package or visa sponsorship for this role.

** YOUR MISSION**

The Executive Assistant is a standalone role responsible for organizational support to the Senior Vice President, European Supply Chain, cooperating closely with the European Supply Chain Leadership team as required.

The Executive Assistant will provide key support to the SVP - triaging all queries to the SVP and enabling them to give maximum attention to business priorities.

** YOUR GOALS**
- Provide professional administrative and organizational support to the SVP, European Supply Chain and his senior Leadership team, with the ability to judge priorities and proactively work with many conflicting demands.
- Diary management and Leadership meeting organization,
- Triaging all queries into the SVP, EU Supply Chain and members of the senior,
- Supply Chain Leadership team prioritizing and leading follow up across senior

stakeholder groups,
- Working in a pressurized environment with conflicting priorities and without

supervision,
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication

with a wide range of contacts,
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and balance conflicting demands, using own

initiative to resolve problems and managing own workload within agreed

deadlines,
- Proactive organization and coordination of business trips, including booking

and arranging travel, visas, transport and accommodation,
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and expense claims using company

specific systems,

** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams
- Relevant PA/Administrative Qualification.
- Relevant experience of providing EA support to senior leadership gained in a

complex fast paced environment.
- Maturity when dealing with sensitive issues and navigating across organizations.

- Demonstrable experience of managing and coordinating across demanding, senior

stakeholders
- Exceptional presentation skills (developing content rather than presenting)
- Ability to manage conflicting demands / multi tasking
- Min. 3 years of working experience in similar role
- Fluent English, ideally Dutch.
