In the spirit of continued growth, we are currently looking for a **Management Assistant for the Biostatistical Team**
**Job Description**:
As management assistant for the biostatistical team you will be responsible for:
- Support in Meeting/Webex organization and meeting minutes, Powerpoint creation
- Support in departmental training records
- Support in the purchase of office/IT equipment
- Support in Audit preparation
- Completion of Global Project Listing Submission Forms
- Creation of Billability report,
- Handling the unbilled revenue report
- Support in Project Status Report, forecast and KPI registration
- Review status contract sheet
- Forecast creation
- Support in budget creation and invoicing: extraction overview of quotes, evaluation of project status, invoice overview and approval
- Hosting of Data Safety Monitoring Board meetings: organizing accommodation, correspondence with the members, ensuring confidentiality to the selected members, preparing submission packages
- Support in completion of the electronic Trial Master File
- Review of Mock Tables, Listings and Figures
- Review of randomization lists
- Transfer and load of data and results on applicable media like Mbox, Ftp server
- Filing and Archiving
- Evaluation of Missing entries in the time registration and absence overview systems
- Administrative support at the welcome of a new employee
- Organization of traveling and hotel in case of abroad client meetings, congresses, in cooperation with the Training Department
- Support and assistance in ad hoc administrative tasks
**Qualifications**:
**What do you need to be successful?**
- You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent by experience)
- You have an excellent knowledge of English.
- You are very discrete and can handle confidential documents
- You are stress resistant and can respect deadlines
- You are very accurate
