**MAIN TASKS**
- Coordinate editing & publishing processes of web content, including contacts with internal and external contributors, liaising with translation coordinators, etc.
- Assist organising calls for papers and article review process.
- Assist with user support activities, e.g., handling content suggestions.

**PROFILE AND SKILLS**
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience with coordination tasks, writing for web, web editing and publishing, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing tools (Content Management Systems). Previous experience with educational content is optional but desirable.
- Experience with online tools, such as video conferencing platforms and digital assets for curation, creation, and collaboration.
- An excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are an asset.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to learn fast and deliver quality results while respecting deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness and determination to overcome issues and seek solutions.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills to succeed in an international environment.

**USEFUL INFORMATION**
- ** Duration**: 12-month Limited Duration Contract (CDD) according to Belgian standard conditions (renewable). Full time (38 hours / week).
- **Starting date**: As soon as possible.
- **Benefits**: Salary in line with experience and qualifications, meal vouchers, travel expenses support, corporate DKV hospitalisation insurance.
- **Location**: EUN Partnership (EUN), Rue de Treves, 61, Brussels, Belgium. The position requires living in Belgium.
- **Eligibility**: Applicants must be EU citizens or possess a valid work permit for Belgium.
