**ERM, the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy **, is going through significant growth. To support our growth, we are currently seeking a motivated Team Assistant supporting BeNe (Belgium & Netherlands) project managers and partners in administrative and commercial tasks.
This role can be based in one of our office in both Belgium and Netherlands, with **Utrecht **as a preference ( **or Rotterdam/ Brussels/ Antwerp). **We offer flexible working (e.g. working from home).

**The role**
The team assistant will be involved mainly in the administrative tasks related to projects and proposals, supporting primarily the project managers and Partners and your main responsibilities can be described as following (not limited to):
- Provide assistance in the proposal phase:
- Monitor Salesforce opportunities with our Clients and support as needed (i.e. with reporting)
- Support in the draft of proposal (costing and draft proposals based on existing contracts and rates
- Provide assistance on project management:
- Support the project management in the administrative tasks from the set up of a project to the invoicing support
- Build a relationship with the Client admin team and have regular updates
- Support the consultants with the subcontractor management (i.e. contact with the subcontractors and draft of the contract)
- Support in the planning of the activities performed by the team
- Support compiling project documentation as needed
- Other tasks may include:
- Support with travel reservations
- Support organizing team events/meetings with clients
- Support in translation of documents and formatting as required
- Support the team in the preparation and upload of specific documents on client platforms
**About you**
You will have a collaborative and positive approach to work.
- Flexible, proactive and willing to learn and develop a very challenging role
- Ideally, background should be in Admin studies
- Some experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with Office (specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High level of English and Dutch both verbally and in writing (French is a plus)
