For a retail company based in Zellik, your mission is to be responsible for expanding and complementing the current skills within the Benelux team.

**Your new role**
During this mission, you are expected to:

- Design and recommend potential technical solutions using the company's products and related software that will deliver clearly defined operational benefits to customers
- Control and understand/discuss customer network configurations and security aspects upfront the installation of company's software before integrating their solution.
- Install, configure, test and support the different the company's software packages until pilot is handed over to the Business
- Create technical documentation including Technical Information Bulletins as also field engineering procedures, this way maintaining the technical library of the company's products in Benelux
- Provide technical expertise on device and software problems to a Field Service Engineers team and to customers
- Design and deliver training courses on the company's products to customers and Field Service Engineers
- Support sales team by providing customer demonstrations on the full range of company's software products
- Provide Level 2 technical assistance to Benelux distributors on all Glory products and software
- As part of the Level 2 expert role, attend fault calls onsite for resolution where escalations have been made, due to persistent or recurring faults on equipment or software
- Occasionally have the possibility to lead a project from a to z
- Test new products and guidance when they become available to sales team to promote or sell

- MSSQL, SSMS: installation, configuration, maintenance
- MS Windows and Windows Server
- Firewall and network architecture
- Keystore explorer, openSSL
- Scripting (powershell, CMD, python)
- Log analysis (java, Tomcat, Windows events,)
- Virtualization (VMware,)

Language requirements: French, Dutch and English
