**Position Overview**:
We are delighted to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Financial Analyst, offering a clear developmental path towards a Junior Finance Manager role. This position is situated in Nívelles, Belgium, and is available as a full-time role on a permanent contract basis. It represents a significant step in our client's growth, emphasizing the expansion of their financial management team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the preparation and coordination of monthly and quarterly financial reporting, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting, presenting critical insights to senior management.
- Manage relationships with external partners for audits, tax, and payroll services, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Direct involvement in cash flow management, focusing on enhancing net working capital.
- Support HR-related financial activities, including payroll management and contractual negotiations.
- Participate in special projects aimed at financial process improvements, under the guidance of the Corporate Finance Team.
**Career Pathway**:
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Brings 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting, with a preference for international exposure.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages such as French, Dutch, or Italian being advantageous.
- Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and resilience under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft NAV and proficiency in TAGETIK are considered pluses.
- Must be eligible to work in Belgium.
