**Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?**:
Als Area Construction Lead biedt je ondersteuning en rapporteer je aan de Construction Manager bij de dagelijkse leiding op de werf. Je staat 80% van jouw tijd in the field.
- Je houdt toezicht op projectactiviteiten zoals vereist door de bouwmanager, zoals voorbereiding, bouw en afsluiting van de locatie en doet inspanningen om ervoor te zorgen dat gebieden worden toegewezen in overeenstemming met het schema
- Je coördineert met de belangrijkste aannemers tijdens de bouw om ervoor te zorgen dat aan de ontwerpvereisten wordt voldaan
- Je hebt kennis van best practices op het gebied van constructie en milieu
- Je geeft leiding aan de belangrijkste onderaannemers en bouwt mee aan een sterke cultuur rond HSE en milieubewustzijn
- Je ziet toe op het naleven van vergunning
- en projectvereisten
- Je bewaakt de bouwschema's en adviseert de bouwmanager over mogelijke knelpunten
- Je controleert het werk van de onderaannemer
- Je coördineert de locatie toegang en werkactiviteiten met andere disciplines om de geïntegreerde projectplanning te ondersteunen
- Je werkt samen met het logistieke team om materiële leveringen te verzekeren
- Je lost technische gerelateerde vragen op
- Je geeft het goede voorbeeld op gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu

**Welke skills breng je mee?**:
Voor deze vacature zijn we op zoek naar een kandidaat die een bachelor of master diploma op zak heeft in een engineering, technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt mínimaal 10 jaar civiele/bouw ervaring
- Je hebt kennis van huidige bouwtechnische normen en best practices
- Je kan vlot overweg met het MS-Office pakket
- Je bent vlot in het Engels
