White (White Research SRL) is a fast-developing boutique research and consultancy company headquartered in Brussels with a satellite office in Greece. We offer EU studies and consulting, communications & stakeholder engagement as well as research services. We work together with leading EU (& worldwide) companies on the development and implementation of projects, as well as academic and industrial partners on large collaborative projects (private sector projects, grants and EU tenders) in social policy areas ranging from technology, sustainability and mobility to energy, innovation and skill development. Our team has a dynamic workday and can benefit from a rapid professional development and an extensive network that covers some of the most well-known private and institutional organisations in Europe.

To support the management and further growth of our EU Studies department, which first and foremost works on projects for the European Commission and Agencies, we are currently looking for a full-time EU Studies Manager and team leader, with 4-6 years of experience, for our Brussels office.

**Your responsibilities**
- Bid Management: Identifying tenders, setting up consortia as well as managing the write-up and delivery of proposals
- Project Management: Planning and managing the implementation of won EU tenders, like setting up and carrying out strategic studies, evaluations, impact assessments and other types of studies
- People management: Help lead the EU Studies department by managing and developing our service offering and people
- Engagement and management of external partners and subcontractors
- Reporting to the Head of the department and formulating the strategy for the department in collaboration with the Head

**What we look for**

We are interested in profiles with the following merits:

- 4-6 years of experience in project and bid management, preferably in EU/EC tenders/projects
- Excellent organisational skills and very adaptable to the needs of the situation and department
- Highly developed problem solving and reasoning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Language skills - Our working language is English. Complete fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must
