**What does this job entail?**:
KBC Asset Management manages funds and portfolios for private customers and companies. In doing so, we help them to optimise the returns on their **investments**. This works thanks to teamwork, innovation and efficiency. We are proud to be the market leader in asset management.
Your team creates the **monthly reports on our clients’ portfolios and delivers essential documents about KBC funds**. These include annual reports, KIIDS, Fund Fact Sheets, and prospectuses.

Your job brings you into contact with a number of colleagues at KBC Asset Management. You also work closely with colleagues in our shared service centre in Brno (Czech Republic).
**What do we expect from you?**:
- You direct the team and **coordinate** their work.
- You **coach **your team members, helping them to grow in their roles.
- You’re responsible for the **processes** that your team follows to draft reports and documents.
- You’re the person the team in Brno turns to for **support**. You also work closely with your colleagues from other departments and external parties, including regulators.
- You lead **changes**. They include NAPP cases, projects, process changes, and initiatives to raise our efficiency. By doing so, you make sure we all move forward in the best way possible.
**Your key strengths?**:
- You have** experience coaching or in a leadership position**.
- You like to look at **processes** end to end, but also dive into the details when appropriate.
- You’re fascinated by financial markets and contextual reporting. You would like to immerse yourself even further in this with your team to deliver even greater **quality**.
- You communicate clearly and convincingly in** English**.
