**GNSS/INS SALES DIRECTOR EMEA**:
We are looking for a Sales Director to lead and guide our existing team of sales managers in the EMEA region. You also introduce and develop accounts for OEM GPS/GNSS positioning products at a board and product level in a wide variety of markets.

Sales director responsibilities:

- Translate the company sales goals and sales strategy into a strategy for your sales area. You set goals for your team and guide them accordingly to the best results.
- Translate the sales targets set by the management team into clearly defined objectives in order to contribute to the realization of the turnover of the organization. Monitoring the results, testing them against the set targets and adjusting where necessary in order to achieve the set targets achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining frequent contacts with the strategically most important customers, distributors and/or prospects in order to develop a long-term relationship in order to achieve the target turnover.
- Ensure consistent pricing and correctness of outgoing quotes in order to provide the customer with a fair and correct proposal

- Coordinate and organize the different activities within the department according to the priorities and competences of each, and customer needs either internally or externally in order to provide an efficient and effective service that meets the quality requirements of the organization within the set terms.
- Ensure that sales managers collect all necessary data that plays a key role in the analysis of the consumer behavior, the positioning of competing products, promotions, sales techniques and the market position of the competitors in order to be able to make correct and timely analyses.
- Coaching and developing his/her employees in order to optimally use and develop the competences, skills and know-how develop and operate as a well-functioning department.
- Keep continuously informed of the evolutions within the field, keep knowledge up-to-date in function of the new developments in order to strengthen credibility by offering a service that is continuously based on updated knowledge.

**YOU**
- Hold an Engineering Degree and a successful track record in Sales to a technically oriented client base;
- Have a background in supplying controls, instrumentation, wireless or other technology products to heavy machinery. industries; Previous experience or qualifications related to GNSS/INS are a distinct advantage.
- Have a proven track record leading a team of sales managers
- Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Can use your creativity and knowledge to identify and win over clients;
- Live near a major airport and are prepared to travel up to 50% of your time;
- Speak fluent English and any additional European language
