Our client is a major provider of outsourced IT related projects and services, based in Brussels.
**Functieomschrijving**:
As a Team Lead **you will lead a team of about 10-15 employees**. This **transversal team** ensures that the User Experience is central to the solutions delivered to customers. The team delivers UX solutions to development teams by leveraging the various tools of the **Service Design methodology**.
- Together with your team, you will participate in the development of business analytics in close collaboration with business analysts by offering various services : usability, prototyping, user research, design, accessibility, etc;
- Together with the project and program managers, you will advise and guide the customers. You will inform them about current and future assignments by setting up and managing a good organization in the team;
- Together with the UX coordinators, you will ensure that the assignments performed optimally meet the needs of the customer;
- You will be responsible for the proper functioning of your team : you will align the objectives of your employees with the objectives of the department and the company. You will define indicators and procedures and you will work them out in order to be able to manage your team and to make continuous adjustments where necessary;
- You will draw up the work schedule, you will monitor the budget and you will ensure that the budgets and timings agreed with the customer are respected;
- With the help of your team, you will develop your knowledge of current techniques and methodologies, you will ensure that your team evolves along with the new evolutions in this professional world.
**Vereiste ervaring**:
- You have **at least a bachelor's degree** and you have **at least 3 years of experience as a team lead;**:
- **Your management style promotes the development and motivation of your team;**:
- You show a **strong interest in the IT sector and UX/Service Design**;
- Thanks to your personality and **strong negotiation and communication skills**, you are able to lead and listen to the members of your team in order to support them and to keep them motivated in their work. You offer them your expertise in the field of administrative processes;
- You have a sense of responsibility, you are customer
- and result-oriented and you demonstrate sufficient learning capacity;
- You can adapt your communication and interaction style to various situations;
- **You are fluent both in Dutch and French**, active knowledge of English is a plus.
