- BOORTMALT is the world leader malting company with 3 million tonnes production capacity. The group is present on 5 continents with 27 malting plants. Boortmalt's expertise is widely acknowledged by brewers and distillers who rely on the supply of top quality barley malt.The Boortmalt Group is a fully owned subsidiary of the agricultural and agribusiness cooperative Axereal. Our relationship with Axereal, Europe's largest grain cooperative, ensures us access to high quality barley year round.
**Missions essentielles**
- As Sustainability Business and Reporting Analyst, you support Boortmalt's sustainability goals.- You collect, analyse and report all quantitative data related to sustainability and ensure there is robust and correct. You work together with IT to generate automatic data collection and exploring the different tools.
- You support the teams on their sustainability agenda by providing objective, scientifically robust insights on the performance of the key indicators.
- You are the global manager of the sustainability performance data, you manage KPI's and identify gaps by means of centrally integrated BI reporting tools
- You manage all qualitative documentation related to sustainability such as : Sustainable Farming certificates, use of supplier code of conduct, documentation of processes and guidelines,.
- You manage the yearly reporting of sustainability programs such as CDP, SBTi, Ecovadis,..
- You provide the framework and input for monthly internal sustainability report and postings on yammer, LinkedIn,
- You follow the latest studies and techniques on sustainability reporting and target setting and appropriately inform the team to help drive operational decisions.
- You prepare and handle customer questionnaires and requests together with the sales team.
- You support different stakeholders in their needs for data and analysis related to sustainability.
**Master recherché***
- You have a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, engineering, ICT, or equivalent by experience
- You have affinity with collecting and analysing data, developing reporting through BI or other tools.
- You have a passion for sustainability
- You have strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- You are analytical and solve problems pragmatically
- You speak and write fluent English
