**De functie**:
Als CTO ben je verantwoordelijk voor het mee uitwerken van de aankoopstrategie, je staat dagelijks in contact met de directeurs van de verschillende stelplaatsen alsook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de planning.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het wagenpark en beheert de kosten hiervan.
- Je staat in voor het uitschrijven, bekijken en analyseren van processen.
- Je brengt verder structuur aan binnen de garages.
- Je helpt mee om een aankoopstrategie uit te werken.
- Je hebt dagelijks contact met de directeurs van de verschillende stelplaatsen.
- Je stelt planning op van onderhouden en herstellingen.
- Na inloopperiode neem je de volledige leiding over de verschillende garages.
**Het profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor/master in technische richting.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring (3 jaar).
- Je hebt een hands-on ingesteldheid.
- Je beschikt over People skills.
- Je hebt technisch inzicht en wil de handen uit de mouwen steken.
- Je hebt kennis van de Nederlandse en Franse taal (groei hierin is zeker mogelijk).
- Je kan een eigen stempel drukken en wil initiatief nemen hierin.
