Technical Care Specialist

**De functie**:
- Bieden van externe ondersteuning aan bijhuizen, agenten en eindgebruikers via digitale samenwerkingstools.
- Snelle, nauwkeurige analyse van incidenten en opvolging via het ticketsysteem.
- Eigenaarschap van toegewezen tickets, d.w.z. verantwoordelijk voor het achterhalen van oplossingen bij collega's en regelmatige communicatie met bijhuizen of agenten.
- Voorstellen van FSE-interventie en coördineren intern.
- Advies aan de klant en aanbieden van diensten en reserveonderdelen: opstellen van offertes, opvolgen van orderbevestigingen, opvolgen van leveringen, triggeren van facturering.
- Opvolgen van late leveringen van reserveonderdelen, klanten op de hoogte stellen en interventies uitstellen.
- Helpen van de bijhuizen om zelfstandiger te worden, d.w.z. het verwerken van onderdelen, offertes en bestellingen.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het motiveren en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen veilig werkt en volgens de QSHE-normen om ervoor te zorgen dat al het werk op een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve manier wordt uitgevoerd.
**Het profiel**:
- Vermogen om technische concepten te begrijpen en effectief te communiceren, inclusief het lezen en interpreteren van blauwdrukken, tekeningen, schema's, handleidingen en andere technische specificaties.
- Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office. Ervaring met ERP en CRM is een pluspunt.
- Vertrouwdheid met computerhardware, besturingssystemen, netwerken en CAD/CAM.
- Gevoel van eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid.
- Bereidheid om technische kennis op te bouwen van de machines binnen het toegewezen productassortiment.
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol wordt beschouwd als een groot voordeel.
- Technische opleiding of equivalent aan ervaring.
- Bereidheid om produkttraining te volgen, intern of op locatie bij de klant.
- Oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels. Andere talen worden beschouwd als een pluspunt.
