**Jobomschrijving**:
Als ontwerptechnicus Physical Security, definieer en stel je beveiligingsmaatregelen voor (beveiliging van de perimeter en de gebouwen, toegangscontrole, inbraakdetectie, CCTV, alarmen, bewaking) binnen het wettelijke kader. Je begeleidt de uitvoering ervan, teneinde de werknemers, de klanten en de installaties van de MIVB te beveiligen. Je werkt in het Corporate Security Office (CSO) en rapporteert aan de Physical Security Manager.
In detail:
- Je werkt samen met de betrokken partijen aan analyses van veiligheidsrisico's, alsook aan studies en beveiligingsdossiers (technische en organisatorische dossiers) overeenkomstig het wettelijke kader. Je controleert de conformiteit van de installaties.
- Je volgt de technologische ontwikkelingen en stelt nieuwe technische oplossingen op vlak van beveiliging voor. Je voert tests uit op nieuwe producten.
- Je formuleert aanbevelingen en definieert best practices en beveiligingsnormen in overleg met de verschillende MIVB-actoren (CSO, IDPBW, HR, Legal, Operations, Infra, Facilities,...). Je zorgt voor documentatie en communicatie en coacht de betrokken personen.
- Je neemt deel aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van processen en procedures binnen de afdeling om een kwalitatieve en consistente aanpak te waarborgen.
- Je controleert bestaande beveiligingsinstallaties en -processen. Je formuleert aanbevelingen om bestaande installaties in overeenstemming te brengen met regelgeving, goede praktijken en veiligheidsnormen.
- Je ondersteunt de verschillende subprojecten inzake beveiliging voor bestaande of toekomstige infrastructuur
- en uitrustingsprojecten (analyses van beveiligingsrisico's, validering of afwijzing van externe verzoeken, beveiligingsdossiers, advisering van projectmanagers, functionele en operationele specificaties, evaluatie van de conformiteit na oplevering, documentatie, enz.)
- Je neemt de rol van ambassadeur op je en levert veiligheidsexpertise. Je geeft advies op het terrein om bij te dragen aan de "security awareness" binnen het bedrijf.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en administratieve follow-up van het externe beveiligingsbedrijf (verzameling van interne behoeften, validering van aanvragen, uitvoering van beveiligingsdiensten, operationele follow-up van het contract, contacten met klanten en leveranciers, controle van de diensten ter plaatse, inclusief nachten, weekends en feestdagen, rapportage, validering van de facturering, voorstellen voor voortdurende verbetering, enz.)
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en aantoonbare ervaring in beveiligingsprojecten (perimeter
- en gebouwbeveiliging, toegangscontrole, inbraakdetectie, CCTV, alarmen,...) als technicus of op het gebied van ontwerp.
- Een achtergrond in het beheer van een extern beveiligingscontract is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van risicobeheer en relevante regelgeving (particuliere en bijzondere beveiligingswetgeving, camerawetgeving, GDPR,...) is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van AutoCad is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van beide landstalen.
