- Wij zoeken voor Brussel een **Business Analyst HR & Payroll**.
**Jouw job?**
- als Business Analyst sta je in voor de functionele analyse en de uitwerking van de oplossing van de change requests, die jou worden toegewezen tijdens de wekelijkse meeting
- je bespreekt dit vervolgens tijdens de statusmeeting met het IT team en stemt af over het vervolgtraject
- het SAP IT team zorgt voor de nodige ontwikkeling op basis van de door jou geleverde functionele analyse
- je bent frequent in contact met jouw collega’s van het HRIS team en op regelmatige basis stem je af met het IT team
- je staat in voor de begeleiding van de end-to-end testing tot en met het einde van het proces
Kortom, een analyserol van A tot Z.
**Zijn we een match?**
- je hebt bij voorkeur een master (HR, IT) en een **solide payroll-ervaring** van minstens 5 jaar in de industriële sector
- je bent vertrouwd met arbeiderspopulatie en **kennis van SAP HR** is een must
- als persoon ben je communicatief, analytisch en heb je sterke interpersoonlijke skills
- je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands of Frans, en begrijpt de 2e landstaal
