Minimum qualifications:

- Sales or Account Management experience, with sales performance and customer relationship management experience
- Ability to speak and write in English, Dutch, and French fluently

In this role, you will provide sales management excellence in the Google for Education team, strategizing with sales partners to drive business growth. You will work directly with customers, coordinate internal resources, and construct successful business-aligned strategies at account and territory level. You will concentrate on growing the market presence by acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer relationships and driving adoption of Google for Education products and offerings.

You will investigate fine details to solve issues affecting account satisfaction, and will meet with customers to cultivate relationships. You will oversee all aspects of the sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and implement complete go-to-market propositions in the education sector. Build and implement strategies to drive growth especially concentrating on expanding customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to the customer and Google Partners.
- Work with wider Google teams to develop and drive pipeline, and devise strategies to meet transformation goals for key customers, as well as working with Google for Education Partners to develop partner knowledge; and build a pipeline of customers.
- Collaborate with Google sales engineering and marketing resources, providing input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them; achieve quarterly business growth goals and sales goals.
