As an Education Lead for Belgium and Luxemborgh you will drive digital technology transformation in partnership

with your customers, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes. You will lead a team of sellers to execute go to market strategy for Education.

Leveraging your team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.

**Responsibilities**:
Leadership of a diverse education v-team of high impact relationship, technical and industry sellers that to expand strategic education customer relationships to drive larger impact and targeted business growth and drive the jointly agreed customer multi-year Digital Transformation business strategy, delivering agreed outcomes
- Mobilizing, orchestrating, mentoring and leading the Microsoft Education v-team, partners and customer in order to help solidify the path to the complex yet exciting journey that is Digital and AI Transformation
- Disrupting the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase case for change and Microsoft's unique value proposition for education
- Articulating the Education Transformation Framework strategic vision, followed by the customer maturity framework/path for customers to take to enable their digital and AI transformation based on their stage and objectives/capabilities they want to achieve.
- Presenting and demonstrating key end-user solutions/capabilities and technical architectures aligned to a customer maturity framework/path
- You will develop, empower and transform your Account Team Unit (ATU) to meet industry and customer needs by hiring, retaining, and developing talent. Additionally, you will deliver business growth through leading and empowering account teams. You will lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) to achieve customer business outcomes that are relevant to their Industry.
- You will accelerate customer satisfaction and model executive engagements with business decision makers (BDM). Thus, maximizing share of wallet, achieving targets (billed revenue, consumption, usage, customer adds), and winning against competition through flawless execution.

**Qualifications**:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field AND several years of related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, exceeding quotas by leading sales teams along complex sales cycles through a partner ecosystem and centralized marketing engine, Global, Area-level Business Management as a leader of Sales, Customer, Partner teams selling technology solutions/practice development, cloud/infrastructure technologies, and/or subscription services

o OR equivalent experience

Preffered qualifications:

- Experience of selling software solutions combined with deep understanding of key education solutions and competitive technologies
- Strong business planning and business discipline skills woven with ability to develop and implement targeted plans
- Possess executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with senior education decision makers and articulating how education institutions can digitally transform teaching and learning/student outcomes with Microsoft solutions
- Fluent in Dutch and French languages
