Doctena is looking for talented, hands-on and self-directed Business Growth Manager to exponentially grow the business operations in Belgium. Directly reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment and surrounded by colleagues who are committed to delivering best-in-class results. **Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and activate new sales channels and business opportunities to disproportionately accelerate Doctena’s business in Belgium.
- Establish relationships to acquire "business multipliers" (other healthcare software companies, medium
- and big-size clinics, doctors’ organizations and associations, etc.).
- Deliver a specific amount of new contracts each month by creating a local network of prospects and maximizing the "word of mouth" effect.
- Work together with the IT, Marketing and Customer Success teams to build tailored plans to win in the Belgian market.
- Monitor local market trends and act as a "source of truth" of the Belgian market.
- Come up with "out of the box" ideas and initiatives to increase brand awareness and leads acquisition.
- Work together with the Marketing team to optimize the customer acquisition KPIs (eg. Cost per Lead, Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Provide data-driven insights on the channels and acquisition strategies that deliver the highest ROI (Return on Investment).
**Job requirements**:
- Relevant experience (business development, brand management, account management, etc.)
- Fluency in French and Dutch, working proficiency in English
- Proven track record of disproportionately achieving business growth in past experiences
- Excellent communication, efficient time management and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, proactive and ambitious way of working
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a wider team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare, B2B and SaaS companies is a plus
