**Our Innovation**
The negaWatt meter is a major technological breakthrough that allows energy efficiency to be measured the same way as energy generation. With this technology, asset owners can:
- Calculate real energy savings day by day for building retrofits.
- Benchmark the energy performance of new builds and retrofits accurately.
- Create the necessary feedback loops to significantly improve design and on-site work quality.
We are looking for a **PROGRAM & MARKET GROWTH MANAGER** (M/F/X) to:
- Support the growth of our existing social housing smart retrofit business.
- Develop programs to showcase the benefits and strengths of our solutions.
- Support policymakers in driving the low-carbon transition of buildings and the energy system.

As **Program & Market Growth Manager**, you will manage approved funding projects as well as follow-up on commercial leads strengthening our market position in** Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands**. The role expands traditional program management to include commercial and sales responsibilities, focusing on understanding customer needs and market drivers, particularly in the social housing retrofit market.
You will report to the CCO and will collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance and Public Affairs teams
**What you’ll be doing**:
**Project Coordination**:
- Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops and meetings with project partners (at local, regional, national, European levels).
- Monitor/Steer the progress of Interreg and other projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and approved plans.
- Manage communication between partners to ensure clarity of responsibilities and deadlines.
**Development of New Value Propositions**:
- Identify and build new opportunities in collaboration with our customers and key partners.
**Commercial and Sales Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on commercial leads and strengthen our market position in Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands.
- Contribute to sales leadership and explore new customer segments.

If you bring a **strategic mindset** with **analytical skills** and a “down-to-earth” **operational approach**, strong **project management capabilities**, and a proven track record in delivering complex, multi-dimensional projects, we’d love to speak with you.
**You also have**
- A relevant degree such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Business Engineering and you feel **comfortable to operate in a technical/commercial environment**.
- A proven experience (3+ years) in **managing complex projects**, ideally in an Interreg or EU-funded project environment.
- A **strong** **understanding of the funding programs**, their objectives, and reporting requirements is crucial.
- The **ability to engage and guide** partners towards achieving predefined objectives, with a focus on consensus-building and collaboration.
- **Fluency in Dutch and English** (French will be highly appreciated, German is an asset)
Familiarity with the insulation industry or building materials sector is a plus but not required.
