**The Role**:
As a Growth Marketeer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to
drive acquisition, by enhancing the overall customer experience and driving sustainable
business growth, with a focus on our Fiber footprint and on product migrations. Your focus
will be on understanding our Vikings’ needs, optimizing their journey, and fostering
meaningful connections through innovative marketing initiatives.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- To optimize the customer experience with regard to fiber migrations and installs and
with regard to prepaid to postpaid migrations
- **To** **gather** **and** **analyze** **data** **and** **insights** and leverage these insights to identify
opportunities for improving the customer experience and driving engagement.
- To develop and execute **online** **marketing** **campaigns** with a customer-centric approach
to attract and acquire the right target audience for our fiber offer and to identify
opportunities for product migrations.
- To optimize conversion, by working closely with the design and development teams to optimize user interfaces, landing pages, and overall user experiences to maximize
conversions towards our fiber offer.
- To track, analyze, and **report** **on** **KPIs** **with regard to your actions and initiatives.
- To collaborate with **cross-functional** **teams**, including product, design, content, and
data teams, to align growth marketing initiatives with the goal of delivering
exceptional customer experiences.
- To communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
