Kolmont is een groeiende en ondernemende projectontwikkelaar en vastgoedinvesteerder met kantoren in Hasselt en Brussel.
Kolmont creëert het vastgoed van overmorgen, met strategische binnenstedelijke locaties die mee vormgeven aan de stad van de toekomst, maar ook met woon-, werk
- en beleefprojecten in de stadsrand. De ambities van Kolmont reiken ver. Bedoeling is, te bevestigen en verder te groeien als topspeler in de Vlaamse ruit. Om deze ambitie te helpen realiseren, zijn we voor hen op zoek naar een gedreven en ondernemende**:_Growth Marketeer_**
**Uitdagingen**:
- Samen met de marketingmanager en commercieel directeur, vertaal je de corporate en commerciële strategie naar een performante online conversiestrategie;
- Je bepaalt de kanaalkeuze, de targeting en media tacticts en past de flows en funnels aan waar nodig. Je houdt daarbij rekening met de vastgoedcontext zoals de immowebsites en de doelgroepen (residentieel versus projectontwikkeling).
- Je capteert, analyseert en monitort de online marketingcampagnes en conversietratio’s en toetst deze af ten opzichte van de besproken KPI’s.
- Je volgt nauwgezet de trends binnen digitale marketing/growth hacking specifiek voor de vastgoed en ontwikkelingsmarkt en stuurt de Kolmont-strategie bij wanneer nodig.
- Je gaat aan de slag met de advertentiebudgetten en past ze aan naargelang de doelgroepen en projecten (SEA, Display, social,).
- Je wordt actief betrokken bij interne marketingprojecten, waaronder op termijn de ontwikkeling van het nieuwe online platform, incl. implementatie van Hubspot.
- Je monitort en beheert het crm-systeem.
- Je staat in voor de briefing en opvolging van het externe digitale bureau en vertaalt hun rapportages naar nieuwe of aangepaste online campagnes.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van het marketing
- en sales team.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de marketingmanager.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma op zak gerelateerd aan (digital)marketing of crossmedia, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 4 jaren ervaring achter de kiezen in een soortgelijke functie, idealiter in de Belgische vastgoedwereld (geen must).
- Je spreekt dagelijks in termen van CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, en kunt daarnaast vlot overweg met tools zoals Hubspot en Google Analytics 4.
- Je vertaalt data uit de verschillende dashboards naar nieuwe inzichten voor lead gen campagnes dankzij je commercieel en analytisch inzicht.
- Je werkt erg zelfstandig en resultaat gedreven.
- Je bent leergierig en houdt jezelf scherp dankzij de laatste inzichten binnen je expertise.
