80% of Clinical Trials are delayed due to patient recruitment issues. And, at the same time, patients have a hard time finding these Clinical Trials (CT). These delays are costly and hinder faster access to better medication and treatments for society.
**Our mission**: Creating the largest platform for volunteers for clinical trials and a community movement that puts the patient at the heart of research.
Tasks
We are looking for a qualified Community & Marketing Manager to drive awareness, sales, and expansion of our products and services. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
In the role of Growth hacker, you will work with our team to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our business. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share and customer base.
To ensure success as a growth hacker & Marketing manager, you should be skilled at optimizing business processes across all departments and able to tailor your solutions to different markets, scenarios, products, and goals. A top-notch growth hacker is innovative, passionate about start-ups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth.

**Job Description / your key responsibilities**:
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand
- Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business.
- Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.
- Developing strategies to acquire new customers through existing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO)
- Analysing data to determine what types of content resonate with target audiences and what types of content do not
- Creating content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, etc. that are relevant to target audiences and can be easily shared across social media platforms
- Creating new content tailored to specific audiences’ interests and behaviours in order to prompt engagement with Curewiki
- Using data analysis tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement and determine growth strategies.
- Coordinating a team of students who will assist you in this job
**What you bring to Curewiki**:
- Proven work experience as a community manager / growth hacker
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluent in English, mínimal knowledge of French and Dutch, additional languages are a bonus
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Desire to work in a challenging start-up environment
- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
