Vandaag zoeken we een **Freelance Finance Manager **in de **regio Brussel** voor een tijdelijke vervanging van drie maanden bij een gekende speler binnen de automotive.
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van **budgetten**, **prognoses** en **businessplannen** door het vertalen van businessambities naar financiële modellen op basis van realistische hypothesen.
- Je consolideert de plannen van **twee entiteiten**, twee zusterbedrijven met een specialisatie in betaald vervoer.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en de opvolging van de **maandelijkse afsluitingsactiviteiten** waarbij de positieve of negatieve **budgetafwijkingen** worden toegelicht en corrigerende acties worden voorgesteld om de doelstelling te halen.
- Je bereidt de maandelijkse **rapportering** aan de raad van bestuur voor.
- Je stuurt de **automatisering** en **verbetering** van interne processen aan.
- Je **documenteert** financiële **processen** aan de hand van rapporten.
- Je bent de belangrijkste **contactpersoon** voor alles wat met financiën te maken heeft.
- Je draagt bij aan **interne** of **externe audits** door alle benodigde informatie en uitleg te geven.
**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:
- Je hebt **drie** tot **vijf jaar ervaring** in finance.
- Je beschikt over kennis van **boekhouding, financiële rapportage en controlling**.
- Je houdt van het opstellen en beoordelen van een **financieel plan**.
- Je hebt een voorliefde voor **efficiëntie** en **automatisering**.
- Je kan zowel in **team** als **autonoom** werken.
- Je hebt sterke **analytische vaardigheden** en je bent **procesmatig** ingesteld.
- Je spreekt **Nederlands** of Frans en **Engels**.
