DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
- **_You design _**_and develop dedicated test rigs and protocols _**to evaluate the performance of our products.
- **_You lead _**_and develop small R&D _**_projects._**:

- **_You _**_make _**_production_**_drawings_** based on available information
- **_You _**_revise_** existing drawings when needed
- **_You take _**_ownership of work packages_** in bigger projects.
- **_You write _**_reports and give feedback on performed _**_tests._**:

- **_You give _**_input and advice for further actions_** based on achieved technical results.
- **_You are responsible for 5S and its implementation._**:

- **_You are responsible for calibration _**_of lab equipment._**:

- **_You have autonomy and are encouraged to identify _**_new _**_equipment_** that can support overall technical understanding and business growth.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- **_2 most critical attitudes: "Act as en entrepreneur" and "Innovate"_**:

- **_Industrial experience or entry level Bachelor _**with appetite for innovation and science.
- **_Hands-on_**_._**:

- **_Able to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint._**:

- **_Able to use SolidWorks for design of tools_**_._**:

- **_Planning and testing skills_**_._**:

- **_Showing appetite for _**_individual growth_** both on technical and human levels.
- **_Strong commitment to EH&S and 5S standards._**:

- **_Team _**_oriented._**:

- **_Well organized._**:

- **_Fluent _**_communication skills in English_**_. _**:

- **_Design experience and knowledge _**_and operation of prototyping equipment _**(CNC, lathe ) is a plus.
