To support their further growth in the Netherlands and more specifically in the Finance domain, they are looking for a IT Business Partner Finance & Insurances domain.
Location: region of Amsterdam
As an IT Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation, mitigating risks, and achieving operational excellence, all while solving the most critical challenges faced by the customers. You will work closely with the sales department.
Technical Environment: Cloud, Networking and Edge, Data & Application, Security & Resilience, to Digital Workplace.
1. Build engagement-specific consultant teams, based on skills required to meet SOW requirements and lead consulting engagements.
As a Partner, you will wield immense influence within the customer and the company teams, forging senior-level relationships and driving value-based outcomes.
Your role will encompass leading small teams of practitioners across multiple projects, nurturing your leadership skills.
Demonstrates success in creating, developing and closing pipelines to achieve signing targets of 5-10M annually.
Behaves as a coach or mentor to fellow team members, as well as carry individual targets.
1. Act and become the customers’ trusted technologic advisor.
2. More than 10 years of professional experience in IT consulting, program and/or project management at a senior leadership level.
3. In-depth knowledge and extensive experience within the Finance & Insurances domain.
4. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and triggers within the Finance & Insurances domain.
5. Demonstrated success in consultative selling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets through a consultative approach.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Proficiency in Dutch and English is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
