Bij het departement IS Corporate Clients & Referential/Common staan we ten dienste van verschillende interne klanten, namelijk alle ondersteunende functies: Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Chrso en Customer Department, evenals bepaalde ondersteunende functies van onze moedermaatschappij Ageas. Deze departementen beheren steeds complexere processen/activiteiten die, door hun transversale positie, vaak een impact hebben op alle departementen van de onderneming.

Onze interne klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en handhaven van verschillende soorten regelgeving

Risicoregelgeving (Solvency II en andere internemodelprojecten).

Financiële standaarden (IFRS 9 en IFRS 17).

Fiscale regelgeving (Digilex, elektronische facturatie (Peppol), fiscale fiches enz.)

Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming

Antiwitwaswetgeving

Maar ook projecten voor operationele efficiëntie en het beheer van technische schulden:

'Financial Reengineering': het departement CFO is bezig met een complete herziening van het boekhoudkundige en financiële universum om deze processen vlotter en efficiënter te maken, met speciale aandacht voor de analyse van onze financiële gegevens.

'HR Target Architecture Management': het departement HR wil een nieuw DWH bouwen waarmee alle gegevens efficiënt kunnen worden geanalyseerd.

Als Head of IT Corporate Reengineering & Architecture bij AG heb je verschillende verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Program Manager werk je samen met een team van projectmanagers om alle transversale projecten van het departement te beheren.

Als Architect manager analyseer, evalueer en stel je oplossingen voor die voldoen aan de verwachtingen van onze interne klanten, en hou je altijd rekening met de langetermijnvisie van de Business en IT.

In samenwerking met onze interne klanten ontwikkel je de strategische transformaties en onderliggende actieplannen die nodig zijn om de doelstellingen van AG te behalen.

Je staat in voor de relevantie en duurzaamheid van de architecturen die worden ontwikkeld. Je zorgt er ook voor dat de gedefinieerde oplossingen in lijn zijn met de bedrijfsstrategie.

Je bepaalt de budgetverdeling van je projectportefeuille en volgt ze op.

Je organiseert en animeert de governance van de verschillende projecten/programma's in je portefeuille.

Je beheert een IT-projectportefeuille en zorgt voor de uitwerking en het goede verloop van de roadmap voor oplevering.

Je geeft direct of indirect leiding aan verschillende IS-profielen: projectmanagers, architecten, functionele en technische analisten en andere IT-staff.

Je organiseert de activiteiten van de verschillende teams naargelang de prioriteiten en competenties.

Je beheert de relaties met de verschillende interne klanten van AG en Ageas.

Je speelt een centrale communicatierol binnen en buiten het departement.

Je speelt een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling van de IS-strategie en bent een actief lid van het managementteam (Mmis).

We zijn op zoek naar iemand met aantoonbare ervaring met het managen van verschillende teams, die hooggekwalificeerd is in IT met een voorliefde voor domeinen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van een omgeving van vertrouwen en inclusie binnen het departement.

Je hebt ervaring in peoplemanagement. Je hecht veel belang aan een goede teamsfeer.

Je hebt ervaring met IT-portefeuillebeheer (projecten en applicaties). Je streeft er voortdurend naar de businessvalue van elk project te maximaliseren met inachtneming van de IT-eisen.

Je bent analytisch, creatief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld en je weet hoe je een architectuur moet begrijpen/in vraag stellen.

Je bent niet bang voor veranderingen en denkt out of the box.

Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans en hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal. Vlot kunnen communiceren in het Engels is ook een must voor de samenwerking met IT-leveranciers.
