Be the Visionary Leader of Our Multi-Concept Venue
We’re searching for an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead this multi-concept destination to new heights. With four distinct business units: restaurant, nightclub, art exposition, and B2B event space, you’ll be the driving force behind operations, strategy, and growth. We’re looking for a visionary leader with the passion and skills to elevate Plein Publiek Brussels. Here’s what you’ll need:
Experience
1. At least 7+ years of hospitality leadership experience, with a strong focus on restaurant operations.
2. Proven track record of leading teams, driving growth, and improving profitability across multiple business units.
3. Knowledge of multi-concept venues, including restaurants, events, and nightlife operations, is a big plus.
Skills
1. Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire and align diverse teams.
2. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and driving revenue growth.
3. A strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and daily operations.
4. Proficiency in English and French (Dutch is a strong advantage).
