Jobomschrijving As a German-speaking Partner Secretary (M/F/X) your responsibilities are: - Manage the Partner's agenda and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in German and English - Prepare and format legal documents, presentations, and reports - Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems - Liaise with clients and internal departments in a professional and confidential manner - Assist with billing and time entry - Support in the organization of events and internal meetings Jouw profiel A successful German-speaking Partner Secretary (M/F/X) should have: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment - You speak German with an excellent command of English (spoken and written); French is a plus - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) - Discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with a high level of professionalism Voordelen van de betrekking Our customer offers you: - 100% transport reimbursement to support your commute. - Comprehensive DKV insurance and a pension plan. - Meal vouchers worth €8 per day to enhance your work-life balance.
