Senior HR Business Partner - Open to travel - International Scope - Full Package One of my partners, an international player in the real estate sector, is currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner based in the Zaventem area. With ambitious growth plans across the globe, the company is undergoing a major transformation, launching new cutting-edge sites and reshaping its operations. In this context of rapid evolution, the HR team is expanding to better support the business. To align with this development, they are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner who can actively support transformation, guide managers on the ground, and contribute to the global HR vision. Shape and adapt the HR strategy in line with evolving business needs and transformation projects With a European scope, take ownership of the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — including performance management, development, well-being, and employee experience Act as a true business partner, advising team leaders on best HR practices while ensuring compliance with legal frameworks Collaborate on global HR projects and contribute to building a modern, agile HR function You bring at least 8 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a similar HRBP role You have worked in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, and thrive under pressure With a strategic mindset and strong execution skills, you can implement HR strategies effectively and align them with business goals You are fluent in Dutch and English; any additional language is a plus You are open to regular business travel across Europe (approx. twice a month) A competitive compensation package, including a company car, insurances, bonus, and various other benefits A gross annual salary between €70K and €90K, depending on your experience Flexible working hours and hybrid work options A stimulating role within a rapidly evolving company High autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact on HR strategy and operations A chance to grow in a truly international context The opportunity to work on diverse HR projects within a small, agile team of 3 HR...
