**YOUR ROLE**:

- You support the organization and HR BP's with their day-to-day questions.
- You are the point of contact for topics related to Belgian labor law.
- You ensure that changes in social legislation topics are translated into practical policies and procedures (e.g. flexible working).
- You deliver operational work for HR projects, including well-being.
- You dive into the details and come up with pragmatic solutions.
- You provide support in soft and (mainly) hard HR matters.
- You lead a team of 2 HR officers (talent acquisition and general HR officer).

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a track record as an HR Business Partner or senior HR Officer.
- You are a team player and have experience in leading small teams.
- You have a solid knowledge of Belgian labor law.
- You have experience with the system Cornerstone.
- You have experience in soft and hard HR matters.
- You are strong in operational delivery of the new strategy.
- You are human-centered, though goal oriented.
- You speak fluent English and Dutch.
