Senior HR Generalist

We’re looking for a growth-minded Senior HR Generalist to join our HR team for Belgium, where you will operate as a first point of contact to Sony staff to support with a broad range of HR matters.

As the interface to the employees, you will hold a crucial role in contributing to the perception and reputation of the wider HR Team. Our Benelux HR team works in a fast-paced and changing environment with a variety of modern HR topics across different Sony business areas. As such you will take ownership for the rapid and efficient resolution of requests to ensure clarification.

You will:
- Provide first line HR support to managers and employees in line with internal processes and local employment law.- Provide support during the full employee life cycle (New Hires, On/off Onboarding, Mobility, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Annual Compensation processes, etc.)- Provide “How to” process support to employees and managers regarding HR related queries- Ensure smooth execution and follow up of HR Administration such as contractual changes, vendor management, benefits administration, work permits and other expat administration. You are supervising the rollout of salary increases, promotions, and other changes across the business.- Support Country HR Head while implementing new HR projects on ad hoc basis- Support projects to ensure Wellbeing and Health & Safety at the workplace- Liaison with local external legal partners such as government authorities and industry associations.- Master regular HR communications through monthly HR newsletters, local networks and townhalls

You will bring:
- Some HR experience dealing with employee & manager queries relating to HR systems (such as Workday)- Experience and knowledge of the Belgian legal HR framework and administration- Hands-on approach and flexible mindset to adapt into fast moving business circumstances.- Experience within an international matrix organization is a plus- Excellent verbal and written skills of English and Dutch- Excellent knowledge and skills of MS-Office
