Ben jij een enthousiast en gedreven commercieel talent? Als Junior Business Development Manager voor de regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen ben jij de motor achter onze groei Jij gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en weet onze diensten en oplossingen op de kaart te zetten.
Met jouw drive, heldere communicatie en commerciële flair overtuig je prospecten van de toegevoegde waarde die wij bieden, zorg je ervoor dat ons klantenbestand groeit en onze marktpositie versterkt wordt. Tasks & skills:

- Je begeleidt klanten door de volledige salescyclus, van koude acquisitie tot het succesvol afsluiten van deals.
- Je pitcht onze oplossingen, zowel digitaal als op papier, aan klanten of prospecten en hebt geen moeite om 'SaaS-oplossingen' aan te bieden.
- Je communiceert vlot en overtuigen.
- Je slaagt erin complexe diensten op een eenvoudige en begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen.

Profiel

- Ervaring is niet vereist, maar kan zeker een meerwaarde zijn in deze functie.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt energie uit het binnenhalen van klanten.
- Het geeft je voldoening om klanten zowel op korte als lange termijn te overtuigen van onze oplossingen.
- Je bent een echte "solution seller" en weet de behoeften van klanten te doorgronden.
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig en volgt een helder plan van aanpak.
