Jobomschrijving As a CS DACH for the Medical Industry your responsibilities are: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the DACH region, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, specific demands, ... - Handle returns - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - Maintain and update customer records in the system to ensure accuracy. - Provide product information and guidance to customers in the life science industry. - Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups. - Monitor and handle customer complaints to achieve effective resolutions. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customer service department. Jouw profiel A successful CS DACH for the Medical Industry should have: - Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service (within the life science or medical industry is a plus) - Proficiency in using SAP - Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
