Voor een gerenommeerde klant zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde Customer Support & Planning Coordinator om het team in Diegem te versterken. In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten uit onder andere de chemische en life-science-sector. Je behandelt en coördineert alle binnenkomende verzoeken en zorgt voor een vlotte en professionele opvolging. Jouw takenpakket als Customer Support & Planning Coördinator: * Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt vragen en meldingen via telefoon en e-mail. * Je registreert incidenten en coördineert de verdere opvolging met interne en internationale ondersteuningsteams. * Je zorgt voor een correcte en overzichtelijke registratie van alle klantcommunicatie. * Je plant en coördineert de werkzaamheden van de ingenieurs, inclusief oproepdiensten, projecten en onderhoud. * Je beheert de agenda en plant afspraken in bij klanten. * Je bewaakt licentievernieuwingen en zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte afhandeling van aanvragen. * Samen met een collega bied je administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning aan een team van tien ingenieurs. Het ideale profiel als Customer Support & Planning Coördinator: * Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in een supportfunctie. * Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden met oog voor detail. * Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office. * Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. * Je functioneert uitstekend in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen. * Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels vlot; een goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt. * Je bent assertief, neemt initiatief en weet prioriteiten te stellen. * Je hanteert steeds een klantgerichte en professionele houding, ook in uitdagende of complexe situaties. * Je denkt proactief mee en bent bereid verder te kijken dan je eigen taken en verantwoordelijkheden.
