Als access support advisor ben jij het expert-aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen die de eerstelijns klantendiensten niet kunnen oplossen. Je helpt klanten hun producten snel en vlot te gebruiken door slimme inzet van tools, duidelijke processen en nauwe samenwerking met andere backoffice teams. Je ondersteunt collega’s in klantgerichte afdelingen op een vriendelijke, efficiënte manier en fungeert als een betrouwbare partner voor de contactcenters, retailers en technici – zowel bij Telenet als BASE. Je leert de supportprocessen snel kennen en helpt anderen om ze correct toe te passen. Nieuwe features en producten test je met enthousiasme, en je draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als access support advisor: - Consistent en duidelijk op de hoogte houden van klanten over de status van hun vraag of probleem - Bieden van telefonische ondersteuning aan collega’s in de eerste lijn zodat zij Telenet- en BASE-vragen tijdens hun gesprekken zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen oplossen, waar nodig neem jij het gesprek over - Doen van waardevolle voorstellen om processen, producten of systemen te optimaliseren dankzij je ervaring in het opsporen en oplossen van terugkerende problemen - Een voltijdse functie als access support advisor in een boeiende en uitdagende werkomgeving waar technologie de core is - Terechtkomen in een hecht team met een leuke dynamiek waar er veel belang gehecht wordt aan een feedback cultuur waarin er veel open vragen worden gesteld - Een aangenaam kantoor, lekker bedrijfsrestaurant, gym en paddelveld - Bruto startloon voor iemand zonder ervaring vanaf € 2326,62 / maand (wordt verhoogd afhankelijk van ervaring) - Maaltijdcheques van €8 / gewerkte dag - Personeelskorting op Telenet-diensten - Hospitalisatieverzekering - Pensioenfonds - Al doende leer je Telenet & BASE volledig kennen en heb je contact met de verschillende support collega's - Mogelijkheid tot drie dagen thuiswerk per week Krijg jij een boost als je een klant een fijne ervaring bezorgt? Laat dan snel van je horen en solliciteer nu De gezochte access support advisor: - Heeft ervaring als medewerker in een contact center, bij voorkeur op een technische dienst - Beschikt over een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels; kennis Frans is een plus - Beschikt over een klant- en oplossingsgerichte mindset - Heeft een grondige kennis van MS Office - Heeft affiniteit met en technische kennis van telecomproducten (mobiel, DTV, internet...) - Bloeit open in een snel veranderende omgeving - Is bereid om in shiften te werken tussen 8u en 21u
