En tant que Claims Officer, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : - Analyser et traiter les dossiers de sinistres en conformité avec les procédures internes ; - Fournir un accompagnement personnalisé aux clients tout au long de leurs démarches ; - Communiquer avec les différentes parties prenantes pour assurer un suivi optimal des dossiers ; - Identifier et signaler les éventuels cas de fraude ou anomalies ; - Maintenir une documentation rigoureuse et à jour des dossiers traités ; - Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements pour garantir une gestion efficace des sinistres ; - Participer à des réunions d'équipe et partager des idées pour améliorer les processus existants ; - Fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction sur l'état des dossiers en cours Notre client est une grande organisation, active dans le secteur des assurances. En tant que Claims Officer, vous avez le profil suivant : - Un(e) diplômé(e) en gestion, finance, ou équivalent par expérience ; - Une maîtrise parfaite du français et du néerlandais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ; - Une connaissance approfondie du secteur de l'assurance ; - Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à respecter les délais ; - Une aisance relationnelle pour gérer les interactions avec les clients et partenaires ; - Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels liés à la gestion des sinistres
