Roche BeLux is looking for a Customer Value Stream Partner (CVSP) to connect customer needs with Roche's Supply Chain network. This role involves understanding the local market, customer requirements, and key partners. The CVSP should have an enterprise-thinking mentality to translate future healthcare changes into actionable opportunities, and demonstrate Roche's values of Passion, Integrity, and Courage with a patient-centric focus.

Your key responsibilities
1. Customer service coordination: optimize and coordinate the customer service department, ensuring efficiency and improvement. Act as backup for Customer Service.
2. Market and supply chain understanding: grasp local market dynamics, customer needs, and stakeholder interests. Transform customer insights into business opportunities and develop customized solutions in collaboration with various partners.
3. Supply chain service provider management: oversee contract management, cost monitoring, procurement, and analytics for service providers. Drive continuous improvement through supply chain analytics and reporting.
4. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) coordination and e-Health Representation: manage EDI matters with providers and customers. Represent Roche in the Belgian association promoting e-commerce.
5. Reporting and analysis: ensure delivery on time by monitoring backorders, carriers, and 3PL performance. Conduct ad-hoc reporting based on business needs.
Who you are
1. You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Engineering, or a related area.
2. You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English, with strong communication skills in all three languages.
3. You possess 4-6 years of experience in supply chain and/or finance, demonstrating a proven understanding of these fields.
4. You are highly skilled in business planning, you master MS Excel, and SAP or ERP systems, with strong capabilities in data analysis and operational management.
5. Customer-focused, with strong change management, communication, and project management skills: you commit to meeting customer needs while driving organizational change and optimally managing projects.
6. Open-minded, detail-oriented, flexible, and ethical: you embrace new ideas, pay close attention to details, adapt to changing environments, and maintain high ethical standards.
