Als Process Lead ben je de schakel tussen kwaliteit, procesoptimalisatie en de dagelijkse werking op de formulatielijn. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, analyseert afwijkingen, ondersteunt verbetertrajecten en zorgt voor gestandaardiseerde en correcte werkmethodes. De job is meer kwaliteitsgericht dan technisch, maar vereist wel een goed begrip van processing, P&ID’s en voedselveiligheid. - key responsibilities - Dagelijkse opvolging van kwaliteitsaspecten op de formulatielijn - Acties definiëren en opvolgen bij afwijkingen - Overleg met kwaliteitsverantwoordelijken en leiden van probleemanalyses - Uitvoeren van Root Cause Analyses (RCA) bij proces- of kwaliteitsproblemen - Opvolgen van nieuwe en lopende procesissues samen met de Line Lead - Standaardiseren en optimaliseren van werkprocessen - Updaten van operationele procedures bij wijzigingen - Aanmaken en aanpassen van checklists in het interne digitale productieplatform - qualifications - Ingenieur (bio-ingenieur, industrieel ingenieur, biochemie of gelijkwaardig) - Min. 3 jaar ervaring in de voedingsindustrie, bij voorkeur in een processing zone - Grondige kennis van regelgeving rond voedselveiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en milieu - Ervaring met Continuous Improvement tools en data-analyse - Je kan technische info interpreteren en P&ID’s lezen - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met root cause analyses - Coachingervaring is een plus - Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels - Je werkt nauwkeurig, hands-on en communiceert vlot met operatoren - 100% on-site beschikbaar (Wevelgem) - Geen freelancers share this job.
