Als proces lead heb je de eindverantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren en de continue verbeteringen van alle ondersteunende processen en installaties op onze site. - Aansturen van een team van 15 techniekers , verdeeld over 3 shiften (V, A, N). - Je motiveert, ontwikkelt en begeleidt het team (o.a. via trainingsplannen en competentiematrixen). - Ondersteuning van de Maintenance Coördinatoren bij ontwikkelings- en functioneringsgesprekken - zorgen voor een efficiënte kennisborging door processen te structureren en expertise te delen. - Initiëren en uitrollen van verbeteringsprojecten, van concept tot realisatie. - Opstellen van de maandelijkse energiebalansen en uitwerken van de actieplannen - key responsibilities - het beheer van de vitale nutsvoorzieningen binnen een productieplant - een team motiveren en leiden in een 24/7 productieomgeving - leiding geven en coachen - communicatief met een goede teamspirit - optimaliseren van processen binnen een productieomgeving - qualifications - Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) in een technische richting (Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) - Aantoonbare ervaring met lijnmanagement en people management in een technische/industriële omgeving is een plus (Food/FMCG/HACCP) - Technische basis in meet- en regeltechniek, PLC-besturing, elektromechanica en procesautomatisering - goede kennis van Utilities (compressoren, stoomketels, HVAC, waterzuivering, etc.) en energiemanagement - Ervaring met projectmanagement en interne digitale systemen (zoals SAP) is extra troef - Ervaring met Continuous Improvement technieken (BDA, RCA, etc.) - Grondige kennis van relevante wetgeving (voedselveiligheid, milieu, kwaliteit, hygiëne) - Teamplalyer met communicatieve en adviserende vaardigheden (opleidingen geven, presenteren) - Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en vloeiend technisch Engels - Bereidheid om sporadisch, buiten de reguliere kantoortijden (vóór 6u of na 22u) aanwezig te zijn om met de nachtploeg te overleggen. Weekends zijn buiten scope share this job.
