Role Overview: As Claims Analyst (m-f-x), you will become the operational backbone of the claims management team, supporting claimants at every stage of the claim's lifecycle. This position is critical for ensuring an excellent, seamless experience and will actively connect claimants, legal teams, and technology platforms. You will play a pivotal role in differentiating the company's reputation in the fast-evolving legal tech marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Claimant Onboarding & Case Initiation - Serve as the primary contact for new claimants, guiding them through onboarding and the initial stages. - Conduct thorough intake meetings to capture essential claim information and documentation. - Verify identity and eligibility in line with compliance requirements. - Create and configure claim profiles within the proprietary claims platform. - Clearly explain procedures, timelines, and next steps to claimants. - Build trusting relationships with claimants. Claims Administration & Processing - Oversee day-to-day claim activities, accurately documenting all actions. - Organize and process incoming claim documentation. - Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders for case progression. - Monitor claim status and ensure adherence to milestones. Claimant Communication & Support - Deliver regular updates and respond promptly to inquiries in English, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, or French. - Provide actionable guidance, demystifying legal requirements for claimants. Platform Use & Data Management - Effectively utilize claims management platforms for tracking and updating information. - Ensure accuracy and completeness in all data entries. - Generate custom reports for internal and external stakeholders. Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing - Cooperate with cross-functional teams involved in claims resolution. - Participate in case review meetings and share best practices across the operations team. About You: - You have a master's degree with a first relevant experience within a corporate environment. - You have at first experience in claims management, ideally in insurance or financial services, would be a strong asset. - You have advanced attention to detail, superb organizational capabilities. - You are a strong collaborator, adaptable, and proactive. - You have excellent written and verbal communication. - You show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Multilingual fluency: English is essential, additional European languages (French, Italian, Spanish, German, or Dutch) are highly desirable. - You are Rigorous, intellectually curious, and able to prioritize under tight deadlines. - You Demonstrate professional discretion with sensitive information. - You have an active Belgian work permit.
