Vous apporterez votre soutien à l'équipe Strategy & Delivery (S&D) au sein du département Cyber Sécurité. Ce Centre d'Expertise constitue le cœur de la stratégie de sécurité de l'organisation. - Durée du projet : Dès que possible jusqu'au 25/12/2026 - Lieu de travail : Bruxelles-Centre (proche de la gare) - Type de contrat : Consultance ou Freelance - key responsibilities Rôle administratif avec expertise financière : Une fonction de support où une solide connaissance de base en finance est essentielle. Gestion budgétaire : Responsable du lancement et de la gestion du cycle budgétaire (6x par an) ainsi que de la mise à jour des fichiers IT Financial Trajectory (FT). Compétences financières : Compréhension et expérience confirmée des concepts Opex, Capex, Accruals et Deferrals. Gestion des achats : Gestion des demandes d'achat pour les NRC (coûts hors ressources) et la sous-traitance, incluant le suivi budgétaire et le sourcing pour des projets spécifiques. Support contractuel : Backup de l'Operational Contract Manager (support à la facturation et point de contact pour les fournisseurs). Gestion des prestations : Contrôle mensuel et suivi des feuilles de temps (timesheets) manquantes ou erronées dans Clarity et Nétive. Gestion des accès : Administration des comptes utilisateurs (création/désactivation) dans Clarity et Rally. Support opérationnel : Agir en tant que backup administratif pour les managers et les chapter leads. - skills - Microsoft Excel - Administration Financière - qualifications Expérience : Au moins 10 ans d'expérience pertinente. Connaissances financières : Solide maîtrise des concepts Opex, Capex, Accruals et Deferrals. Une excellente maîtrise d'Excel est impérative. Compétences : Précis, résistant au stress et capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Connaissances linguistiques : Maîtrise professionnelle du français, du néerlandais et de l'anglais. share this job.
