Are you passionate about digital security? Within this dynamic environment, you will play a vital role in protecting customers, employees, and data. You will support the Strategy & Delivery (S&D) team within the Cyber Security department. This Center of Expertise is at the heart of the organization's security strategy. - Project Duration: ASAP until 25/12/2026 - Location: Brussels City Center (walking distance from the station) - Contract Type: Consultancy or Freelance - key responsibilities - Administrative role with financial expertise: A support function where a strong foundational knowledge of finance is essential. - Budget Cycle Management: Responsible for initiating and managing the budget cycle (6 times per year) and maintaining the IT Financial Trajectory (FT) files. - Financial Proficiency: Solid understanding of and experience with Opex, Capex, Accruals, and Deferrals. - Procurement Management: Managing purchase requests for NRC (Non-Resource Costs) and subcontracting, including budget monitoring and sourcing for specific projects. - Contract Support: Acting as backup for the Operational Contract Manager (supporting invoicing and serving as the point of contact for suppliers). - Time Tracking: Monthly monitoring and follow-up of missing or erroneous timesheets in Clarity and Nétive. - User Account Management: Administration of user accounts (creation/deactivation) in Clarity and Rally. - Operational Support: Serving as administrative backup for managers and chapter leads. - skills - Microsoft Excel - Financial Administration - qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. - Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of Opex, Capex, Accruals, and Deferrals. Excellent proficiency in Excel is a requirement. - Competencies: Accurate, stress-resistant, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Professional Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English share this job.
