Description de fonction Vous souhaitez mettre vos compétences techniques et votre sens de l’organisation au service d’une entreprise en pleine évolution ? Nous recherchons un Process Improver Specialist basé à Mouscron, prêt à relever des défis industriels et à accompagner nos équipes dans une démarche d’amélioration continue Gestion des équipes et formation - Former et accompagner les collaborateurs aux processus internes. - Évaluer les compétences et proposer des plans de développement. - Animer et motiver les équipes dans une démarche d’amélioration continue. Production et organisation - Rédiger et mettre à jour les instructions de travail. - Définir et contrôler les paramètres de production. - Mettre en place des standards fiables et efficaces. - Apporter un support dans la résolution des problématiques techniques. Optimisation des processus - Déployer des actions d’amélioration en productivité et réduction des coûts. - Participer activement aux projets industriels. - Optimiser les séquences de production (fabrication, nettoyage, etc.). Exigences de la fonction - Diplôme Bac+3 en génie des procédés, production industrielle ou équivalent. - Expérience confirmée en amélioration continue, ingénierie process ou optimisation de production. - Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. - Connaissance des outils Lean / Six Sigma appréciée. - Leadership, rigueur et orientation terrain. - Esprit d’équipe et bonnes compétences en communication.
