Voor een bedrijf actief in de voedingsdistributie zoeken we een gedreven aankoper die verantwoordelijk wordt voor een eigen productgroep. Je draagt zorg voor een vlotte en tijdige aanlevering van verse producten en houdt toezicht op de voorraadniveaus. Dankzij jouw inzet blijven de schappen bij onze klant optimaal gevuld. Analyseren van afzettrends en opstellen van productvoorspellingen Plaatsen van inkooporders en opvolging bij leveranciers Coördinatie met interne teams zoals logistiek, productie en kwaliteit Ingeven en beheren van orders in het ERP-systeem Beheren van voorraden in het magazijn en actief optimaliseren Proactief signaleren van afwijkingen of leverproblemen en zoeken naar oplossingen Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren collega die het strategische luik van het assortiment beheert. Samen zorgen jullie voor een stabiele, efficiënte bevoorradingsketen. Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of hebt ervaring binnen aankoop of supply chain Je hebt een vlotte beheersing van MS Office, met name Excel Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor cijfers Je weet goed om te gaan met deadlines en stelt moeiteloos prioriteiten Interesse in voeding of verse producten is een pluspunt Je komt terecht in een stimulerende werkomgeving waar samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.
