D-NETWORK recrute un.e Business Analyst (fr/nl) pour un client sur Bruxelles Centre (à proximité de la gare et facile d'accès). Rôle permanent au sein d'un top acteur immobilier appartenant à un grand Groupe. Contrat sur le payroll du client final en CDI, statut de salarié - pas de freelancer pour ce rôle. Télétravail de 2jours par semaine. Tâches : En tant qu'IT Business Analyst, vous êtes au centre de l'organisation et serez ravi.e d'assurer les tâches suivantes : Vous comprenez, structurez, modélisez les demandes du business dans des modèles existants et proposez des solutions sur-mesure aux clients internes tout en traduisant le jargon IT en concept simple. Vous trouvez des solutions aux besoins du business. Vous interagissez avec le chef de projet et vos collègues de l'ensemble de l'organisation. Vous avez l'habitude de travailler dans un environnement avec plusieurs outils/logiciels et de participer au support de 2ème ligne sur les systèmes de production. Vous aidez le chef de projet à trier et à établir des priorités. Vous apportez la solution nécessaire pour répondre aux exigences du business tout en mettant à jour la documentation destinée aux collègues. Vous êtes capable d'effectuer des tests. Vous pourrez produire des scénarii et exécuter des tests d'intégration et d'acceptation avec des utilisateurs clés. Vous communiquez sans difficulté vers les différentes parties concernées. Profil : Titulaire d'un Bachelor ou Master en Sciences Economiques ou en Sciences de l'Informatique Une expérience dans ce type de rôle de minimum 2ans Très organisé.e, vous gèrez seul.e vos deadlines. Vous disposez d'une expérience en SAP ? Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais. La connaissance de l'anglais est un plus. Vous connaissez la suite Office sur le bout des doigts.
