GFG (Garantiefonds Reizen / Fonds de Garantie Voyages) is een gespecialiseerde onderlinge verzekeringsvereniging (O.V.V.) die in België en Luxemburg de wettelijke toelating heeft om reisorganisaties te verzekeren tegen insolventie. Onze missie is om consumenten te beschermen tegen de financiële risico's van het faillissement van de aangesloten reisondernemingen. Wij zijn een kleine, flexibele en toegewijde organisatie, waarin elke medewerker essentieel is voor de stabiliteit van de sector. Functieomschrijving De Business Advisor speelt een centrale rol in het team. Hij/Zij is verantwoordelijk voor de proactieve beoordeling van de risico's en de financiële levensvatbaarheid van onze verzekerde portefeuille, en zorgt voor de naleving van strenge eisen op het gebied van governance en reglementaire rapportage. De Business Advisor is verantwoordelijk voor: - Het uitvoeren van grondige risicoanalyses met betrekking tot bestaande en potentiële verzekerde reisorganisaties, met bijzondere aandacht voor hun financiële draagkracht en blootstelling aan insolventierisico's. - Het formuleren van nauwkeurige aanbevelingen op basis van de analyse om de acceptatiebeslissingen en de strategie van het Fonds te onderbouwen. - Actief bijdragen aan de naleving van interne governance procedures en aan de ontwikkeling van een robuuste interne controle- en rapportageomgeving. - Het monitoren van schades (faillissementen) en het ondersteunen van het management met duidelijke en betrouwbare rapportage over risico's en trends binnen de portefeuille. - Actief bijdragen aan de rapportage aan de Nationale Bank van België (NBB) en andere toezichthoudende autoriteiten, met focus op nauwkeurigheid, transparantie en tijdigheid van de verstrekte informatie. - Nauw samenwerken met collega's in een klein, multidisciplinair team, waarbij flexibiliteit en samenwerking cruciaal zijn. Profiel - Je bent idealiter in het bezit van een Hoger Diploma (Bachelor of Master) in Financiën, Economie, Rechten, Risicobeheer of Verzekeringen. - Ervaring is gewenst in dossierbeheer of contractbeheer, waarbij gedetailleerde analyse noodzakelijk was. - Een achtergrond in Compliance, Governance of Risk Management binnen een gereguleerde omgeving (verzekeringen, banken) is een grote troef. - Talenkennis : Perfect tweetalig (Frans - Nederlands), zowel gesproken als geschreven. - Persoonlijke Kwaliteiten : Zeer nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en autonoom. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en panoramische blik met oog voor het bedrijfsbelang.
