Als SAP BW/BW4 Migration Analyst binnen het Data & Analytics team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, optimaliseren, migreren en ondersteunen van rapporteringsoplossingen voor diverse directies en stafdiensten (o.a. Customer Services, Technics, HR, Finance, Strategy & Legal, Internal Audit, IT). Je neemt daarbij een gecombineerde coördinerende rol op als Application Owner, Product Owner en Functioneel Analist. Wat ga je doen? In kaart brengen en documenteren van rapporterings- en dashboardbehoeften Analyseren van de huidige (AS IS) rapportering en deze vertalen naar een toekomstgerichte solution architectuur (SAP BW4, Azure Synapse/Databricks, Datasphere, Power BI) Actief meewerken aan migratieplanning en optreden als SPOC tussen Business en IT Regelmatig overleg voeren met stakeholders uit verschillende departementen Je denkt transversaal mee over businessprocessen en behoudt het helikopterzicht om end-to-end oplossingen te ontwerpen Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar functionele specificaties Valideren van rapporten en dashboards ontwikkeld door interne of externe developers Documenteren en actueel houden van alle oplossingen Aansturen van een team developers (onshore/offshore) tijdens migratietrajecten; waar nodig draag je ook zelf bij aan de uitvoering Zorgen voor afstemming met Enterprise-, System- en Solution Architecten en bewaken van de coherentie binnen de architectuur Meewerken aan het opstellen en uitvoeren van testscenario's, functionele testen en data cleaning Beheren van roadmaps en optreden als aanspreekpunt voor applicaties, rapporten en dashboards die jij beheert Wie zoeken we? (evaluatiecriteria) Vaardig in diverse analysetechnieken (use cases, scenario's, enz.) Ervaring met het opstellen en uitvoeren van migratieplannen Sterke communicatievaardigheden, analytisch denkvermogen en een uitgesproken Solution-delivery mindset Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail. Je bent proactief, probleemoplossend ingesteld en werkt graag hands-on. Je hebt sterke documentatie skills. Je hebt ervaring met Stakeholder management. Goed inzicht in de Azure Enterprise BI-architectuur, inclusief producten en diensten
