You will collaborate with clients across pharma industries, manufacturing, energy, and more to deliver impactful results in areas such as:Project DeliveryAnalyze and map business processes to identify optimization opportunitiesSupport SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW)Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teamsConduct testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful deploymentClient EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational challenges and proposing SAP-based solutionsServe as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and operational realitiesEnsure solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and day-to-day business realitiesTeam CollaborationWork closely with SAP consultants, developers, and cross-functional business teamsContribute to innovative, sustainable deliverables within agile or hybrid project environmentsYour ProfileMaster's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field1–5 years of experience in SAP projects (Business Analysis, functional analysis, implementation, support, or optimization) in Life SciencesFluent in Dutch and/or French with strong command of EnglishFamiliarity with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, or SuccessFactorsStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectivesExperience with project management tools or Agile methodologies is a plusPassionate about digital transformation, enterprise systems, and business impactWhat Avertim OffersA dynamic environment where ideas and individuals matterA young, vibrant, and fast-growing teamAccess to a European network of cross-industry expertiseContinuous learning and career development opportunities, including SAP certificationsA competitive compensation package aligned with your experience
