In het kader van de ondersteuning van onze multi-distributiestrategie zijn we op zoek naar een Digital Coach (Adoption Expert) die ons team komt versterken en zal werken in een dynamische afdeling met tal van projecten en diverse verandertrajecten. Onze Digital Coach zal werken in de afdeling "Change & Run - Customer & Distribution" van Channel Management ter ondersteuning van de commerciële directies van de P&V Groep. In deze rol is de Digital Coach verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding, coaching en planning van trainingen voor de distributienetwerken en de interne Channel & Sales teams bij het gebruik en de adoptie van digitale tools. Hij/zij speelt een sleutelrol in de digitale transformatie van onze distributienetwerken door de adoptie te monitoren en het Sales management en de tussenpersonen te helpen hun digitale vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en nieuwe werkmethoden te adopteren. Fungeren als schakel tussen de behoeften en verwachtingen van het netwerk en de strategie voor de ontwikkeling van digitale tools en zorgen voor de kwaliteit en consistentie van de informatie en ondersteuning die met het netwerk wordt gedeeld, in lijn met de verschillende diensten van de Groep. Persoonlijke ondersteuning, hulp en praktisch advies bieden aan de distributienetwerken en de interne Channel & Sales teams bij het gebruik en de adoptie van digitale tools. Gemeenschappen van kennisdeling en uitwisseling rond digitale tools en producten creëren en animeren om best practices over digitale tools te delen. De prestaties van de adoptie van digitale tools door het netwerk meten en monitoren om de nodige acties te ondernemen om het adoptiepercentage van het netwerk voor digitale tools te verhogen. In samenwerking met de Business School de inhoud en planning van grote opleidingstrajecten over digitale tools (digitale platforms, CRM, sociale netwerken, enz.) bepalen. In samenwerking met de Business School input leveren (train the trainer) voor het ontwerpen van geschikt trainingsmateriaal: e-learning, videotutorials, handleidingen, enz. Het monitoren van automatiseringstools (robotisering) op zich nemen. Op de hoogte blijven van de laatste trends en technologische innovaties om passende oplossingen voor te stellen. Je hebt een bachelordiploma in Digitale Communicatie, Marketing, Digital Marketing of een gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je hebt enkele jaren relevante werkervaring als coach of trainer. Je hebt een grote affiniteit met digitale tools en informatietechnologieën. Je bent een goede communicator: zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je bent pedagogisch en weet technische concepten op een duidelijke en toegankelijke manier uit te leggen. Je bent autonoom, nauwkeurig en betrokken. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Microsoft Office Suite (Excel en PowerPoint). Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans of het Nederlands. Passieve kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt. Ervaring in een commerciële organisatie (Sales of Marketing) is een pluspunt.
